Shipping Information
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have successfully received your order. Order processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sunday).
If you place your order before 3:00 PM CEST, we will process it the same day. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can expect to receive your order within 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday).
We currently ship only within Ireland. Shipping is free on all orders.
Delivery Delays
If the expected processing and delivery timeframe has passed and you have not yet received your order, please don’t worry. Allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us and include your order number.
Cancellations
To cancel your order, please email info@eve-galway.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received an incorrect or damaged order, please take photos and email them to info@eve-galway.com, including your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
